Claims about Products
Content
This knowledge base presents the claims that we can make about the Products which have been approved by our legal consultants (for those with content that could generate legal contestation by third parties) or after internal review to ensure that they are consistent with our communication policy and sales and marketing strategy.
Use Cases and Context
- Claims are different than the technical specifics or the results of Test Reports, in that they don’t go too much into detail and are tailored to offer a very “safe” (defendable and reassuring) answer to questions about the Product functions and specifics, and should therefore be the first content to be used at the beginning of a conversation with users who express doubts or disbelief or start to challenge and dispute your answers
- If a user insists on having specific figures about the performance against specific pollutants, do not limit your answer to the content of this knowledge base, but check instead whether we have laboratory-backed results (”Test Reports” knowledge base) about the specific pollutant required or a similar one in chemical terms
- Answering generic/general questions about the intended usage of Vitesy products
- Answering generic questions about the performance levels of Vitesy products
- Answering questions about the maximum airflow and noise levels generated by Vitesy products
Restrictions
- If a user contests the claims, particularly those relative to the Room Coverage of Indoor Air Purifiers, do not contradict them. Give instead a generic answer about the fact that all the products have been tested by independent laboratories and make an open proposal to provide further information about the results of the Test Reports.
- Do not provide recommendations about the number / quantity of units needed unless the user has provided such an information. In the case of Shelfy and combined refrigerators (refrigeration + freezer compartment), remember that only the refrigerator compartment volume is relevant for the calculation, not the combined volume of both refrigeration and freezer compartments: remind the user about this aspect or ask for a specification in this sense if unsure.
